Kim Kardashian’s $70 Million Malibu Mansion Revealed Amid Major Renovations
Kardashian fans are getting their first real glimpse of Kim’s $70 million Malibu property as new aerial photos show the stunning cliffside estate undergoing renovations.
Contractors are hard at work transforming Kim’s oceanfront California home, which she purchased back in September 2022. The luxurious 7,400-square-foot mansion, previously owned by supermodel Cindy Crawford, features four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and expansive living spaces offering breathtaking views of both the beach and surrounding mountains.
Recent images reveal numerous workers on-site equipped with ladders and tools. The ocean-facing side of the house appears to be under major work, with windows removed and plastic sheeting covering the openings.
On the opposite side, outdoor furniture on the terrace suggests that interior remodeling is in progress. While the lawn appears freshly manicured, other parts of the property show incomplete doors and windows, indicating construction is still underway.
The estate includes a spacious, tree-lined backyard and private beachfront access—perfect for Kim and her four children to enjoy serene Malibu sunsets. This marks a fresh chapter for Kim, who bought the property after her divorce from Kanye West.
According to The U.S. Sun, “Kaia Gerber, Cindy’s daughter, is good friends with Kendall Jenner and tipped her off to the sale.”
“This is the first property Kim’s purchased entirely without Kanye’s input,” a source shared. “And while she doesn’t plan to live there full time, she wanted a place to escape with the kids.”
Despite the home’s grandeur, some fans voiced criticism when Kim first bought it, claiming she overpaid and would spoil its charm with her “minimalist” design style.
