In April 2016, Ice Cube purchased the Marina del Rey estate for $7.25 million. The home was previously listed for $10 million by actor and martial artist Jean-Claude Van Damme. According to another report, Van Damme originally bought the home for about $6 million back in 2012.
Marina del Rey is a small coastal neighborhood in Los Angeles County. With a population of just under 10,000, it’s one of the unincorporated beachside communities found within Los Angeles County.
