Leonardo DiCaprio and Vittoria Ceretti are continuing their luxurious Italian yacht vacation together — with one uninvited guest.

On Sunday, Aug. 4, the actor, 49, and his model girlfriend, 26 were photographed going for a swim beside a yacht in Sardinia. The relaxing day wasn’t without incident, however, as the Killers of the Flower Moon star appeared to suffer a jellyfish sting while swimming, photographers on the scene shared. (Several varieties of the invertebrate harmful to humans reside in the Mediterranean Sea.)

They snapped DiCaprio trying to examine a red mark on the back of his right thigh on the deck of the boat, pulling his swimsuit aside to get a look at the spot. Ceretti and one of the yacht’s crew members appeared to quickly tend to his injury.

Another photo shows the actor clutching a towel and smiling at his girlfriend, the leg of his swimsuit still bunched up.

For their recent day at sea, the actor tied his hair up in a bun and wore black swim trucks and silver necklaces as he swam in the sea. At one point, he even sported some goggles as he submerged himself underwater and used what looked to be a wakeboard to float along the surface.

Ceretti, meanwhile, wore a black bikini and some silver earring as she took a dip in the waters at Maddalena’s Archipelago, leaving her long dark hair down as she swam.

But an insider told TMZ at the time that the couple were not engaged and that she’d owned that particular ring since 2022.

The heart-shaped ring appears to be a new addition to Vittoria’s jewelry collection and it has renewed interest in the idea of Leonardo — Hollywood’s most infamous Lothario — finally settling down.

Vittoria also wore a similar ring on her right pinky finger during Wednesday’s lunch date in Nerano.

The yacht trip comes after Leonardo and Vittoria dined al fresco in Nerano, where the catwalk queen flashed a massive heart-shaped diamond ring on her left ring finger

Joining the couple on their vacation were a host of fellow celebrities, including DiCaprio’s longtime friend and Spiderman star Tobey Maguire, also 49, former editor-in-chief of British Vogue  Edward Enninful, Dicaprio’s frequent collaborator and actor Lukas Haas and model Neelam Gill.

Just a few days prior, the group were spotted in Sardinia spending even more time on their yacht, and Maguire could be seen packing on the PDA with model Babette Strijbos, as photographers captured them hugging and kissing while swimming at an Italian beach.
