Yo Gotti bought a mansion in Westlake to relax every weekend with his girlfriend

Yo Gotti is placing his Los Angeles-area home back on the market less than a year after acquiring an impressive hilltop estate. Tucked away within a guard-gated community in Westlake Village, approximately one hour northwest of Downtown Los Angeles by car, the “Recession Proof” rapper’s 3-acre property is fully landscaped and boasts numerous amenities, including a Tuscan-style mansion, two pools, rose gardens, and a full-size tennis court, to nаme a few.

Gotti, born Mario Mims and a longtime resident of Memphis, has worked in the music industry throughout his entire career, though his 2016 album “The Art of Hustle,” which peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 album chart, may have been the first to bring him widespread prominence and mainstream success. His single “Rake It Up” featuring Nicki Minaj reached the top 10 of the Hоt 100 singles chart the following year. Gotti is also a successful record executive; the 41-year-old is the CEO and proprietor of Collective Music Group (CMG) in Nashville.

The asking price of Villa Forza in Westlake Village is exactly $1 million more than what Gotti paid for the property in May. The expansive home was constructed in the late 1990s and features over 10,000 square feet of living space on a single level, directly overseeing the golf course at the prestigious North Ranch Country Club.

The home’s interiors are unquestionably luxurious. The glass-and-metal double front doors open to a grand foyer with a large skylight and views that extend through the backyard and beyond the undulating hills. In addition to a living room with a fireplace and a library, there is a family room connected to the chef’s kitchen as well as six guest/family chambers. The master suite has dual bathrooms, dual wardrobes, a fireplace, and a jacuzzi; additional amenities include a home gym, an executive office, and a formal dining room.

The property’s exterior is where it truly sparkles, with its manicured boxwood and rose gardens, mature palm trees, and tranquil fountains. There are numerous terraces for al fresco dining and entertaining, as well as a reflecting pool and distinct infinity-edge swimming pool that overlook the canyon views.
