It’s no joke: A-list actor and comedian Eddie Murphy once maintained a home near California’s capital city. Located in the upscale Sacramento-area enclave of Granite Bay, the home is now on the market for $10 million.

The movie star purchased the property in 1998 with his then-wife, model (and Sacramento native) Nicole Mitchell. After the couple’s divorce in 2006, Murphy sold the place for $6.1 million in 2007, according to the Sacramento Bee.

The home is currently owned by an investor who is offering the home fully furnished. Located east of Sacramento, the spacious spread includes 12,600 square feet on 2.5 acres.
