50 CENT and a luxurious life inside a 52-room Connecticut mansion with his wife and children, some people pay double but he refuses to sell just for this reason.
Rapper and entrepreneur 50 Cent recently received a lowball offer of $4.2 million for his 19-bedroom mansion in Farmington, Connecticut, from real estate agent Fredrik Eklund, as seen on the reality show “Million Dollar Listing New York.” The offer is significantly below the $18.5 million 50 Cent originally asked for the property when he listed it in 2007. Over the years, he had reduced the price multiple times, finally listing it for $4,995,000.
The luxurious mansion, which 50 Cent purchased for $4.1 million in 2003, boasts features like an indoor pool, basketball court, recording studio, fitness center, home theater, and multiple guesthouses. He invested an estimated $6 million to $10 million in renovations.
Despite the low offer, 50 Cent decided not to sell the property and plans to donate it to the G-Unity Foundation, an after-school program he started in 2004. The foundation aims to provide inner-city students with creative opportunities and will use the mansion’s facilities for various activities, including arts and music programs.
