Nick Cannon dropped money on a spacious plot of land on the outskirts of L.A, giving children a more spacious place to play than the old mansion

Nick Cannon is, unsurprisingly, expanding and constructing additional real estate properties, given the rapid expansion of his family. According to available records, the rapper, comedian, actor, and general fixture of the entertainment industry has paid more than $3.1 million for a spacious midcentury ranch-style residence in Los Angeles that was recently updated in a modern aesthetic.

Hidden away in the San Fernando Valley’s prototypically suburban Woodland Hills enclave, the all-white home is situated behind gates on a corner lot in the desirable Walnut Acres neighborhood pocket.

According to tax records and listing information, the residence comprises approximately 4,400 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, and 4.5 restrooms. Even though that is relatively spacious, Cannon and his family will undoubtedly find it cramped, as the renowned San Diego native is the parent of eleven small children with six different women.

Cannon and Mariah Carey, with whom he was married for a period of eight years, maintained an opulent residence situated in the upper echelons of the Bel Air neighborhood in Los Angeles. The aforementioned tennis court estate, which the ex-spouses had purchased for $7 million in 2009, was sold during their divorce in 2015 for $9 million to its present proprietors, a local dentist and his cardiologist spouse.
