Black billionaire Strive Masiyiwa owns 2 apartments atop New York’s Eldorado 29 Tower worth $48M

Zimbabwean telecoms entrepreneur Strive Masiyiwa bought two penthouse condos at the Eldorado tower for $24.5 mιllιon. The Real Deal said that 300 Central Park’s 29-story tower’s adjacent units had five bedrooms on the top two floors. John and Valerie Rowe sold it.

Strive Masiyiwa, 56, founded Econet Wireless Group, a Pan-African telecom corporation with profitable operations in Zimbabwe, Botswana, Lesotho, and Burundi and investments in telecom companies in New Zealand and the US. Masiyiwa’s spokesperson, Sure Kamhunga, was unavailable for comment.
