Tristan Thompson reconciles with his wife Khloé Kardashian at his new mansion after repeatedly cheating on her

Her fans may not realize it, but Khloe Kardashian not only has an eye for aesthetics, but she also has a green thumb. Her former 10,000-square-foot mansion is located within the exclusive gated community of the Estates at the Oaks and features its own guest house and more than an acre of land with postcard-perfect, protected views of the nearby canyon.

She cultivated orange, kumquat, lemon, lime, and pomegranate trees in her backyard gardens. She says, “So many people used to tease me, ‘You’re like an old lady with your garden!’” Because it means so much to me, I am very proud of my accomplishments.

Kardashian sold the property to Dhar Mann, a YouTube personality and cosmetics entrepreneur, in an off-market transaction in November for $15.5 million. This is more than twice what she paid to acquire the property from Justin Bieber six years ago. The house also boasts the highest price per square foot of any residence ever sold in the upscale Los Angeles suburb of Calabasas.

“This is a trophy property in every way, being one of 16 properties that sit on the mountain range,” says Tomer Fridman, the realtor of choice for the Kardashian family. And because of the estate’s proximity to central Los Angeles, its double-gated privacy and security, and the years of remodeling and meticulous care, its value is unmatched by comparable properties in the area.

Celebrity designers Tommy Clements, Kathleen Clements, and Waldo Fernandez were responsible for Kardashian’s most recent redesign. Kardashian realized that the original design of her Spanish Mediterranean-style home was no longer in accordance with her current aesthetic, despite the fact that she had only lived there for a few years at the time. “My home was absolutely gorgeous to begin with, but it was quite crowded. “It wasn’t as clean and straightforward as I desired,” she says. The Clements and Fernandez team had previously designed the residences of several of her family members, so she was confident that they would be able to create a design that was minimalistic yet still distinctly her. She says, “They still allow me a touch of my glam pop.”

Importantly, the designers were willing to allow her as much input into their vision as she desired, which, as Kardashian admits, was a great deal. “I am so annoying to probably most people,” she says. “I am very controlling and detail-oriented. This is simply my personality. Not that I ever doubted they would do a fine job; I just need to know and touch things: “Where exactly is this headed?” And what are its dimensions?’” she says she would inquire.
