Hornets star Kelly Oubre Jr. became rich after joining Washington Wizards, buying mansion at unbelievable price

Kelly Oubre Jr., a star for the Charlotte Hornets, is fast leaving his opulent home in Hollywood Hills, California.

In an off-market transaction in 2022, the prolific small forward paid $5 million for his home in Southern California. He is asking $5,495,000 for the four-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home one year later.

The house is a striking fusion of contemporary lines and Californian aesthetics, with natural materials and abundant natural light throughout. At this private retreat, which is stretched out across 5,500 square feet on less than half an acre, living indoors and outside is simple.

The mansion, which is hidden behind gates in the upscale Lower Nichols Canyon neighborhood of Los Angeles, was constructed in 2019 and has hardly ever been occupied.

The major living areas, as well as the stunning pool and deck outside, are revealed as enormous, motorized pocket doors slide open.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all connected by a double-height entryway, and they are all warmed by beautiful fireplaces.

A gorgeous waterfall island and top-of-the-line Miele appliances complete the well-appointed cook area.

A fireplace, wardrobes, and a dressing room to match department stores are features of the opulent main bedroom. A seductive soaking tub and a rain shower are available in the stone bathroom.

A wraparound balcony directly off the main bedroom provides a view of the outside living space, which also has a kitchen, a convenient full bath, a pool, and a spa. The package is completed by a three-car garage with an EV charging station.Oubre, 27, made his NBA debut with the WаsҺinɡton Wizards in 2015 and has since played for four different NBA teams. He is expected to become a free agent at the end of the 2023 season and may look to join another team that need a high-volume shooter.
