Tyson earned more than $400Mn during his professional boxing career, but only spent $2.5M on a simple mansion

Tyson, one of the greatest heavyweight boxers of all time, paid $2.5 mιllιon for his six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion in 2015 despite earning more than $400 mιllιon.

“The Baddest Man on the Planet” owns it in Henderson, Nevada, near Sin City. In 2003, the famed boxer was forced to declare bankruptcy due to $23 mιllιon in debt, The Post said.

Tyson spent $300 mιllιon on mansions, vehicles, diamonds, and pet tigers. It’s still a big estate by American standards, but it doesn’t scream half-billionaire. Celebrity mansions average $20 mιllιon.

The 10,400-square-foot home on almost an acre in Seven Hills is spacious. Two casitas—one with an apartment—are also there.

A video room, wine cellar, two big master suites—one on the first floor and one on the second—a disappearing-edge pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and large covered terrace are among the amenities.
