The condominium occupies half of The Trust building’s fifth story, which is described in the listing as “the most exclusive address in Uptown Charlotte.”
Shane McDevitt, the condo’s listing broker, told bizjournals that the property has undergone recent upgrades that include new paint and updates to the bathrooms and lighting.

A Zillow listing says that the building was taken off the market at the end of July after being on the market for sale in May 2019 for $3.2 million.
The Charlotte Observer reports that Michael Jordan, a famous North Carolina basketball player and NBA Hall of Famer, also lives in the building. He takes up the whole seventh floor.
