Usher bought this luxury villa in 2007 for $970,000, now that price can be multiplied by 10

Usher recently sold his third home in less than a year, continuing his selling frenzy.

The singer liquidated his three-bedroom, three-bath residence in Atlanta’s northwest. According to reports, Mychal Jaymes represented the buyer and arranged a $775k pᴜrchase. Usher originally listed the home for sale around a year and a half ago after purchasing it for $970,000 back in June 2007.

The 2,908 square foot home has a magnificent rooftop deck, and the new owner scored a discount because it’s close to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, where the Atlanta Falcons play.

The musician has had a busy year in the real estate market; in November of last year, he sold his condo on the Sunset Strιp. Usher also liquidated his seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion in Alpharetta, Georgia, back in August.
