Lil Nas X flaunts his wealth at the age of 24 by owning the most expensive supercar and mansion in California

Lil Nas X, the popular country-rap artist known for his hit song “Old Town Road,” has recently become a homeowner at the age of 21. He announced his new milestone on social media, revealing that he has purchased a remodeled 1950s house in Sherman Oaks, California, for approximately $2.4 million.

The hillside property, which underwent a significant renovation over the past four years, sits in a picturesque area of Sherman Oaks. The entrance features a two-car garage that is situated directly on the street. A stunning waterfall cascades into a pond, leading to a glass front door that grants access to the home.

Inside, wide-plank hardwood floors create a seamless flow throughout the spacious great room, which encompasses distinct dining and living areas. The living room showcases a linear fireplace set into a stone mantle, surrounded by monolithic expanses of all-white ceilings and walls adorned with recessed lights.

Adjacent to the living room is a well-appointed kitchen with a stretched island and high-end appliances, including two ovens and a wine fridge. The main living spaces connect seamlessly to a balcony through a large glass pocket door, providing breathtaking panoramic views of the San Fernando Valley skyline.

The house offers four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite full bathroom. Two of the rooms have been staged as a gym and an office, while the master bedroom boasts a private balcony that offers bird’s-eye views. The master bathroom features dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in closet with custom built-ins.

Among the house’s intriguing features is a “secret room” that remains undisclosed in the listing. Outside, a wooden deck extends towards the skyline, creating a captivating outdoor space. Although there is no traditional swimming pool on the property, a raised jacuzzi-style unit provides separate sections for both a pool and a spa.

The listing for the property was held by Jeremy Daniels-Stock of Barefoot Realty, while the buyer was represented by Myles Lewis of Compass. Lil Nas X’s new home in Sherman Oaks is a testament to his success and marks an exciting milestone in his flourishing career.
