LeBron James gave his parents an expensive, fully furnished villa with 99 rooms

LeBron James paid $42.5 мιllιon for a new mansion in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles. The building has two floors, security gates, a boomerang-shaped infinity pool with a jacuzzi, and an indoor room with a fireplace.


The mansion features 6 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a master suite with city views, a deck, and a roof garden, as well as views of Los Angeles Century City and Catalina Island.


In addition to a cinema, lounge, wet bar, gym, golf simulator, cigar room, and wine cellar, LeBron’s property features a large wellness area with a flotation tank, hydromassage tub, and sauna.

Initial asking price for the estate was US$ 52 мιllιon, or R$ 272 мιllιon at the current exchange rate. The property, according to the real estate website Williams & Williams Estates, was sold for $42.5 мιllιon.
