Rapper Gucci Mane, born Radric Delantic Davis, crossed paths with Keyshia Ka’oir back in 2010 during the filming of his music video “911 Eмегɡеnϲy,” a moment that marked the beginning of their journey together.
Their union was sealed in 2017 with a grand and opulent wedding ceremony, generously sponsored by BET. The elaborate affair was accompanied by a ten-part television series titled “The Mane Event,” which captured the essence of their love story. Fast forward five years, and the couple, accompanied by their young two-year-old son named Ice Davis, decided to commemorate their anniversary with a well-deserved vacation.
Opting for Jamaica as their anniversary getaway, the couple viewed the journey itself as an integral part of the experience. Keyshia Ka’oir shared a brief clip showcasing their arrival at a private airport in their striking red Rolls-Royce Phantom. Following this luxurious entrance, they stepped onto a private Gulfstream jet bearing the tail number HI1025.
Manufactured as part of the Gulfstream G-400 series in 2004, the aircraft had undergone a complete renovation in 2017. Fueled by two Rolls-Royce TAY 611-8 engines, it boasted impressive maximum speeds of 500 knots (575 mph / 926 kph) and a comfortable cruise speed of 476 knots (548 mph / 882 kph). With a remarkable range of 4166 nautical miles (4794 mi / 7715 km), it offered accommodation for up to 14 passengers.
Prior to embarking on their journey, the couple took a moment to capture some snapshots. These glimpses provided a peek at the customized welcome mat and personalized glasses adorning the aircraft. Gucci Mane’s accompanying caption read: “We’ve transitioned from embracing amidst adversity to sharing affections within the confines of a jet.” This alluded to his legal challenges during the mid-2010s. He went on to express: “I’m blessed to have the finest wife globally, as we celebrate our fifth year of togetherness.”
