Dwyane Wade bid farewell to his $47,830,000 mansion for a special reason

After retiring from the NBA, Dwyane Wade is selling his Miami Beach estate for $AUD 47.83 M ($usᴅ 32.5 M).

Mr. Wade, who played guard for the Heat for most of his career before retiring in April 2019, has owned the property since 2010.

The All-Star guard renovated the 1,300 sqm waterfront estate after buying it for $usᴅ 10.645 M.

The listing coincides with Mr. Wade’s personal life in Los Angeles. According to public records, he and wife Gabrielle Union bought a Sherman Oaks home in 2018 for just under $AUD 8.8 M.

Later, they had Kaavia. Zaire Wade, Mr. Wade’s son from a previous marriage, plays high school basketball at Sierra Canyon School in Los Angeles with the son of former Miami Heat teammate LeBron James.

The six-bedroom, 9.5-bath house sits on an acre of manicured grounds.

A chef’s kitchen, multiple living areas, formal dining room, state-of-the-art theater, wine room, and games room are inside.

The master suite has a private balcony, office, and luxurious bath with dual vanities.
