LeBron James’s massive mansion in Los Angeles cost $26.4M

LeBron James is selling his massive colonial-style Los Angeles home at a loss.

On Monday, the 36-year-old NBA legend listed his Brentwood home for $26.4 M. He bought it in 2015 for $27.1M (US$20,986,500).

The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home is 877 sqm.

O.J. Simpson lived on the street where the gated property was built in 2011.

After signing a multiмιllιon-dollar contract to join the Los Angeles Lakers in 2018, King James lived in the house.

The modernized home on half an acre overlooks the Holmby Hills.

The resort-style home has a 6m lap pool, spa, and cabana.

It has a large main bathroom with a terrace and two walk-in wardrobes.

The home has an elevator, three-car garage, and wood-paneled library.

A large breakfast area opens to an entertaining area with heaters and a family room from the kitchen.

The family room opens to a dinner party-ready patio.
