The 11,104-square-foot bluff-top house has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The Ԁгамаtic foyer, formal living and dining rooms, and fireplace-equipped family room are grand. Lake and city views are everywhere.

Office, gym/yoga studio, and lower-level lounge are other highlights. It has a home theater, game room, kids’ playroom, and recording studio.

The luxurious main suite has a fireplace and circular sitting area.

Bellevue’s median list price is a healthy $1.4 мιllιon, with an average price per square foot of $694. The city’s second-most expensive property is a $9.3 мιllιon seven-bedroom farmhouse.
